Flow and Paint is a nourishing blend of mindful movement and creative expression. This class begins with a gentle, flowing yoga practice designed to awaken the body, calm the mind, and connect you to your breath. From this grounded, relaxed state, we transition into an open-ended art-making session where intuition leads the way—no art or yoga experience required.

Through movement, stillness, and creative play, Flow and Create invites you to explore self-expression, reduce stress, and reconnect with your inner creativity.
